ARRA

our destination

Los Cabos, understood from the ground.

Los Cabos is shaped by distinct landscapes, rhythms, and ways of staying. What feels right for one traveler may be entirely different for another.

different landscapes.
more possibilities.
A DESTINATION WITH DIFFERENT RhYThMS.

More than one way to stay.

From the energy of Cabo San Lucas to the quieter pace of San José del Cabo, from the resort-lined Corridor to the open landscape of the East Cape, Los Cabos offers more than one way to stay.

The setting shapes the experience: where a client stays influences how they spend their time, how far they travel, which experiences make sense, and the overall rhythm of each day. Understanding those differences is the first step toward a more considered itinerary.

Each area offers a distinct way of experiencing Los Cabos. These profiles provide a useful starting point; ARRA refines the recommendation around the individual traveler.

the places that shape the stay

Distinct Areas. Different Experiences

Cabo San Lucas

Character
The most energetic part of the destination, with immediate access to the marina, dining, the sea and a more active evening scene.

Well suited to
First-time visitors, couples or friends seeking a livelier rhythm, and clients who value being close to boat departures, restaurants and a broad range of experiences.

San José del Cabo

Character
A more measured setting with galleries, local dining and a sense of place that unfolds gradually.

Well suited to
Couples, returning visitors and clients drawn to culture, cuisine, wellness and a quieter rhythm away from the activity of Cabo San Lucas.

The Corridor

Character
A resort-led stretch, defined by privacy, golf, beach time and an advantageous position between both towns.

Well suited to
Couples, families, golfers and clients seeking a more contained stay, with the flexibility to explore both sides of the destination when they choose.

East Cape

Character
Open landscapes, a more remote setting and a strong connection to the natural surroundings.

Well suited to
Clients who value privacy, space and a sense of retreat; particularly those who prefer to spend more of their time within the property and its immediate surroundings.

Todos Santos

Character
A distinct Pacific-side town with an artful character, local food and a different coastal landscape from the Sea of Cortez side.

Well suited to
Returning visitors, couples and culturally curious travelers. It can be a thoughtful day experience or a separate stay for those wishing to explore another side of La Baja.

a few planning notes for travel advisors

Thoughtful planning leads to a better experience.

01 | Begin with the rhythm, no the list.

A client’s preferred pace—quiet, social, active or somewhere in between—often provides a better starting point than a list of services.

02 | Let the location inform the itinerary.

Where a client stays should shape the recommendations that follow. A well-designed day allows for the destination rather than working against its distances.

03 | Identify the priorities early.

Preferred accommodations, golf tee times, private charters, sought-after tables and seasonal experiences are best discussed at the beginning of the planning process.

04 | Leave room for the stay to unfold.

An itinerary does not need to fill every hour. Thoughtful space between arrangements allows a client to enjoy the property, the setting, and the unexpected moments that make a stay feel personal.
