Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ARRA website and the information and services made available through it.

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

ARRA is operated by José Antonio Rodríguez Manzanares under the commercial name ARRA and provides destination support, planning, and coordination services in Los Cabos, Mexico.

Specific services, proposals, reservations, payments, cancellations, and other commercial arrangements may be subject to additional terms communicated separately at the time of quotation or confirmation. In the event of a conflict, the terms applicable to the specific service or reservation will govern that arrangement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should discontinue use of the website.

2. About ARRA

ARRA is a destination partner based in Los Cabos, Mexico, working primarily with Travel Advisors and travel agencies.

ARRA provides local destination expertise, planning, coordination, and support for services that may include transportation, yachts and ocean experiences, golf, sport fishing, dining, private chefs, celebrations, private tours, concierge services, itinerary design, and other destination arrangements.

Some services may be provided directly by independent hotels, transportation companies, activity operators, restaurants, guides, charter operators, and other third-party suppliers.

3. Purpose of the Website

The information provided on this website is intended to introduce ARRA, its destination expertise, and the types of services and support that may be available.

Content on the website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a confirmed reservation, guarantee of availability, or binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise by ARRA.

Images and descriptions are illustrative and may not represent the exact service, supplier, vehicle, vessel, accommodation, experience, or arrangement ultimately proposed or confirmed.

4. Requests and Proposals

Submitting a Start a Request, Request a Partnership, email inquiry, or other request through the website does not create a confirmed reservation or obligate ARRA to provide any particular service.

After reviewing a request, ARRA may prepare a tailored proposal based on the information provided, current availability, local conditions, and applicable supplier terms.

Proposals may be subject to expiration dates, availability, minimum requirements, supplier conditions, or other terms specified in the proposal.

Availability and pricing are not guaranteed until the applicable arrangements have been confirmed in accordance with the terms provided by ARRA.

5. Reservations and Confirmations

A service will be considered confirmed only when the applicable confirmation requirements communicated by ARRA have been satisfied.

Depending on the service, these requirements may include written approval, payment, deposit, traveler information, acceptance of supplier conditions, or other information reasonably required to secure the arrangement.

Until confirmation is issued, availability may change without notice.

The specific terms communicated with a confirmed reservation form part of the agreement applicable to that reservation.

6. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed or referenced on the website, where applicable, are for informational purposes and may change based on availability, dates, number of travelers, supplier rates, taxes, fees, exchange rates, or the specific requirements of a request.

The currency, payment schedule, taxes, fees, deposits, commissions, and payment methods applicable to a particular service will be specified in the corresponding proposal, invoice, confirmation, or other commercial communication.

No general payment condition stated on this website overrides the specific payment terms communicated for a reservation.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Changes, cancellations, refunds, credits, no-shows, and rescheduling are subject to the conditions applicable to the specific reservation and, where relevant, the policies of the corresponding supplier.

Any applicable cancellation deadlines, penalties, non-refundable amounts, or modification conditions will be communicated as part of the relevant proposal, confirmation, or booking terms.

ARRA will make reasonable efforts to assist with requested changes but cannot guarantee that modifications will be available or made without additional cost.

8. Third-Party Services and Suppliers

ARRA may coordinate services provided by independent third-party suppliers.

These suppliers may include transportation providers, hotels, restaurants, yacht operators, activity providers, golf courses, guides, chefs, venues, and other destination partners.

Certain services may therefore be subject to the supplier’s own terms, policies, operating procedures, safety requirements, availability, and cancellation conditions.

Where ARRA acts as a coordinator or intermediary for a third-party service, the actual performance of that service remains subject to the applicable supplier arrangements and responsibilities.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. Travel Advisor Relationship

ARRA operates under an advisor-first approach and recognizes the importance of the commercial relationship between Travel Advisors or agencies and their clients.

Where a traveler is introduced to ARRA by a Travel Advisor or agency, ARRA will use traveler information in connection with the requested services and will not intentionally use that relationship for the purpose of bypassing the referring Advisor or converting the traveler into a direct ARRA client.

Specific commercial arrangements, commissions, white-label services, co-branded services, referrals, or other partnership structures may be governed by separate agreements or terms between ARRA and the corresponding Travel Advisor or agency.

10. Traveler Information and Responsibilities

Travel Advisors, agencies, travelers, and other persons submitting information to ARRA are responsible for providing information that is accurate, complete, and reasonably current.

This may include names, dates, flight information, hotel details, number of travelers, preferences, mobility considerations, dietary requirements, or other information relevant to a requested service.

The person providing information about another individual represents that they are authorized to provide the information where such authorization is required.

Travelers remain responsible for passports, visas, immigration requirements, travel documents, insurance, medical considerations, and other personal requirements applicable to their trip unless ARRA expressly agrees in writing to provide assistance with a particular matter.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of this website, including ARRA’s name, branding, logo, text, graphics, layouts, design elements, and original materials, is owned by or used with authorization by ARRA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Website content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative materials without prior written authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to use this website in a manner that:

  • Interferes with the operation or security of the website.
  • Introduces malicious code or harmful technologies.
  • Uses website content for fraudulent or misleading purposes.
  • Misrepresents your identity, agency, authority, or relationship with another person.

ARRA may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect its systems, users, business, or legal interests.

13. Limitation of Liability

ARRA seeks to provide accurate information and reliable destination support. However, website information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ARRA does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or that all website information will be error-free or continuously current.

For specific travel services, ARRA’s responsibilities and any applicable limitations will be governed by the terms associated with the corresponding proposal, confirmation, supplier arrangement, and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

ARRA will not be responsible for a failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law and the terms governing the particular reservation.

Such circumstances may include severe weather, hurricanes, natural disasters, government actions, port or airport closures, transportation disruptions, labor disturbances, public health emergencies, or other events that materially affect the ability to provide a confirmed service.

When such an event occurs, ARRA will make reasonable efforts to communicate available alternatives, modifications, credits, refunds, or other options, taking into account the conditions imposed by the applicable suppliers.

15. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website or otherwise provided to ARRA will be handled in accordance with ARRA’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

ARRA’s Privacy Policy explains the categories of information collected, purposes of processing, sharing of information, data security practices, and mechanisms for exercising applicable privacy rights.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and the use of this website are governed by the applicable laws of Mexico.

Any specific proposal, reservation, partnership, or commercial agreement may contain additional provisions regarding applicable law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, or other contractual matters.

Where such specific provisions exist, they will govern the corresponding commercial relationship to the extent applicable.

17. Changes to These Terms

ARRA may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in its website, services, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last updated date.

Continued use of the website following publication of an updated version will be subject to the Terms then in effect.
