Mexican law also regulates transfers to third parties and requires the recipient to observe the applicable privacy notice and limitations, subject to statutory exceptions.

5. International Data Processing

ARRA is based in Mexico and works primarily with Travel Advisors, agencies, travelers, and service partners that may be located in other countries.

As a result, personal information may be received from, accessed in, or transferred between Mexico and other jurisdictions when necessary to manage a request or provide a service.

Where applicable, ARRA will handle such information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

When personal information is no longer required for those purposes, it will be deleted, blocked, anonymized, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

Mexican law requires deletion, subject to applicable blocking and retention periods, when personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes stated in the privacy notice.
